The attached picture is a picture of my grandfather (my mothers
father).
Name: Georges Rudolphe de Regnaucourt.
Born: France 9th. April 1885. He was a soldier/officer (Lieutnant)
in the French Army during the First World War.
He was captured by the Germans, and sent to a prison camp in Germany
named HAVELBERG.
We know for a fact that he was there in 1917-1918. When the war
ended, my family lost all traces of him. It has been impossible
to obtain any information about his whereabouts, or information
of his fate. |
